Main responsibilities / activities the candidate approved for this position will learn and deal with challenges activities such as: activities related to companys contract management of contracts and other documents for information into the contract and power of attorney management system. Assists in the reviewing of contracts and suppliers documents and in the preparation of letters, contracts, and notifications in in the control of powers of attorney using the legal control for the preparation of powers of and organization of for activities related to the management of administrative and judicial in gathering information for the preparation of judicial and/or extrajudicial defenses and court hearings or and checking bills for payment from suppliers managed by the department. Requesting a purchase order to pay expenses or issuing a paper payment request, requesting the prior approval of those responsible and protocol of the invoices for payment with the finance company, observing the internal deadlines for payment of suppliers and expiration of invoices and the reissue or postponement of the due date of invoices and/or slips, if payment information in the payment control spreadsheet of legal suppliers. Assists in writing procedures for the legal in the preparation of documents, reports and other internal routines of legal departments as needed.
