• Evaluates new customer setup documents for accuracy and compliance; • Assesses risk through analysis of financial statements; • Develop ability to nterpret volvo credit scoring data. Creates credit cases and develops the agenda for local, region and global credit committees; • Manage the credit portal database for continuation of credit limits, terms and collateral status; • Develop a credit tools for dealers and oems to support business growth; • Interface with volvo financial services for credit matters; • Articulates the strengths and weaknesses of credit cases and develops bridges to meet business needs; • Generates forecasts of monthly receivables results and participates in the closing of the ar; • Support month closing activities and updates monthly reports; • Author segment specific or ad hoc reports as needed; • Perform other duties, task and responsibilities as assigned by business control director; • Initiates or supports collection efforts across the americas to support region and global objectives; • Promotes communications within the company and with business partner base; • Creates and proposes solutions towards objectives; • Manages new customer set-Ups; • Updates and cleanses customer master database in jde and business partner master systems; • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements in processes, systems and structures. Requisitos: • Masters degree in finance, business or accounting; • Excel skills (mandatory) and power bi skills (preferred); • Fluency in written and oral portuguese and english languages; • French and spanish are a plus; • Developed communication skills & experience in building and maintaining crossfunctional network; • Experience in finance area credit experience is preferred.
