Experience in managing initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring the integration and optimization of digital workflows. You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive engagement, revenue growth, and continuous improvement across our digital education platforms. Main responsibilities: Lead and manage digital content and technical integration projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-Functional teams to establish industry best practices and ensure seamless workflow integration. Oversee the conversion and launch of digital educational titles, enhancing product stability and student access. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation. Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for internal staff and external suppliers. Create and maintain technical and non-Technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Participate in user acceptance testing (uat) of new software versions and document changes. Promote transparency and continuous adaptation to new processes and tools through effective communication. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. Mba is a plus. Pmp and csm certifications are desirable. Requirements: Proven project management experience in related sectors. Solid understanding of sdlc, waterfall, and agile methodologies. Proficiency in technical applications such as ms project, ms office, visio, jira, confluence, smartsheet, and sharepoint. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-Technical teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-Solving. Experience managing projects related to digital content, workflow optimization, and technology integrations. Experience in technical writing and documentation. Familiarity with vendor management and customer support in a technology-Driven environment.
