Liaising with the harvest manager to ensure daily production requirements are fulfilled. Supervising harvesting work allocations and staff roster. Being the first point of contact for any issues / queries your team members may raise. Implementing efficient processes in harvest for your team. Coaching team members in the best techniques in order to achieve performance targets. Ensuring products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. Supporting the training of harvest staff. Ensure all employees comply and practice good health and safety procedures.
