Descricao:ensure flawless execution at pos level of tactical plans of gem portfolio. Lead operational teams to overreach targeted performance. Establish clear governance in place to administer team and main operational routines. Have a succession plan in place and manage talents to ensure appropriate people development. Ensure and maintain the technical and operational capacity of the team and its competitiveness through the definition and development application plans and professional and technological improvement, definition of processes, policies and technical-operational standards and adequacy and dimensioning of human and material resources, within the predefined strategy. Ensure the expansion, development and continuation of gem business, through the identification of market opportunities, definition and follow-up of action plans and targets, conducting large and/or special negotiations. Guarantee the optimization of the market compounds (i.e. Prices, products, distribution channels and promotional policies), through a continuous analysis of the competition and the market, as well as the recommendation of timely and effective marketing actions. Be a strong contributor for enhancing continuously the incentives scheme of sales force. Lead improvements of internal processes that impact sales force operations. Requisitos: Superior completo
