The candidate needs to have strong analytical, reporting and organization skills and be open to establishing accounting and analytical procedures in global complex operations. The individual in this role must have the business acumen to be able to analyze the changing business environment and assess impacts to internal and external reporting very quickly. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination skills and have a collaborative attitude to work with other :-         coordinate the activities performed by the bpo related to all natura &co holding companies-         work closely with legal, tax and treasury on implementing re-Organization initiatives to better reflect the business-         establish processes and controls related to intercompany transactions and assure proper elimination process -         responsible for coordination of statutory audits of all natura &co holding companies-         preparation of holding companies financial statements to comply with local requirements-         review holding companies cash management activities to assure accurately accounting treatment-         review and approve holding companies’ account reconciliations prepared by the bpo-         coordinate the allocation of cross-Charges between natura &co legal entities-         coordinate the preparation and completion of the statement of cash flows for holding companies-         complete assigned internal control responsibilitieswork experience8+ years of work experience inclusive of internal/external financial reporting experience required; top-Tier public accounting firm experience required; cvm/sec filing preparation/review required;educationbachelors degreepa and/or cpa requiredskills & competencies required-         experience with cvm/sec filing requirements-         strong understanding of ifrs requirements-         experience and understanding of sox requirements related to internal control environment-         candidate must be accountable, collaborative, creative and passionate.-         excellent analytical, accounting and supervisory skills; ability to establish accounting and analytical procedures-         excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross-Functionally to ensure understanding-         superior organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent project managerial skills-         ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment; able to multi-Task effectively and meet all established deadlines-         self-Motivated; highly capable of completing tasks and responding to department requests independently-         demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills-         strong work ethic & professionalism-         proficiency with microsoft excel, word and powerpoint preferred
