Service delivery project manager latam estado: spcidade: são paulo the latam services delivery project manager (sd pm) is responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure service projects, including (but not limited to) those related to hardware equipment (both server and end-User), core applications, telecommunications and networks. Also, vendors management. His role includes selecting, blueprinting, gothering requirements, designing, and deploying those infrastructure services to the business. Participate and support the it projects conducted by other areas, such as it operations and it solutions, every time it touches the sd area directly or indirectly. Supervise and support the third-Party teams working in the different project where hes involved, guaranteeing the quality of the services provided take place as expected. The sd pm is also responsible to ensure infrastructure projects throughout the region reach their business expectations, in terms of quality of service and time to market. Finally, as part of the sd team, he must collaborate to preserve it services availability throughout the two regions (south and north latam).
