General summary: The clinical applications manager will have all direct management responsibilities for the field clinical applications team. Key responsibilities: Implements and oversees the training and development of new clinical applications specialists. Provides assessment and coaching to clinical applications specialists assists director, clinical applications in identifying training needs of clinical applications specialist team and developing appropriate training programs. Oversees daily activities of clinical applications team including territory team issues, disciplinary situations, and performance reviews conducts hiring process for clinical specialists completes required administrative activities. Provides customer feedback to marketing. Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the companys quality system. Knowledge and experience: Minimum 5 years related work experience. Rdms in abdomen & ob/gyn. Rdcs or rdcs eligible, rvt or rvt eligible preferred. Minimum 3 years commercial applications experience. Management experience preferred. Proven experience to effectively and appropriately display professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues and customers ; Etc. Proven ability to effectively manage daily tasks. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills consistently meeting customer and company´s time requirements. Effective team building, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to identify training/skills needs and design appropriate solutions. . Ability to travel 50% or more of the time. Self motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
