What you will be doingdevelop your squad developers through formal training and mentoring so they can perform agile practices;know and watch over the standard work processes, ensuring compliance with certifications and policies, whether internal or external, aligned with the definitions of the company and segment, through studies and application of practices with its teams;promote improvement actions with the squads in order to continuously optimize processes through daily monitoring, participation in agile events and analysis of performance and maturity indicators;shield the squad from interruptions, removing impediments and stimulating the analysis of the root cause, in order to direct improvement actions;guide the squads on processes and tools such as jira, zendesk, tdn, trello, etc;conduct with good agility practices all planning, demonstration and daily meetings ceremonies;help build a diverse team while promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment. What you should haveexperience managing agile projects and personal accountability for delivering projects to agreed time and cost;experience in a corporate software development environment;experience in scrum master, agile lead or similar role;demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning; understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills;good experience in client-Facing roles;skills to manage one or more agile teams / projects simultaneously;knowledge and use of industry-Standard project methods, tools and techniques (kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burn-Down metrics etc);strong team working skills across geographically dispersed virtual teams;excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be able to communicate fluently in english both verbally and in writing;certification requirementscertified scrum master (psm or csm)
