I am the owner of a private equity fund with several entities in the usa. Some of our investment vehicles include: Managing financial securities, accounting services, a film production company, and a mental health organization. I am the managing partner for the fund. Which means that i oversee the daily operations for all of these ventures. I am looking for a chief of staff to assist in my oversight and (eventually) manage my staff in brasil. I have not build the team, infrastructure, legalities of my business in brasil. Nothing... Nada. So i hope you can see how important this role is. I typically get very bored making advertisements like this because as an entrepreneur... I never really looked for a job before, haha. The role is simple. You may google it if you are unaware of what a chief of staff is... They are an executive's 'right hand man/woman'. I need someone in salvador, that i can trust to be my ears and eyes on the ground. Someone who is loyal and looks out for my best interest. If i am batman... You are robin. So very important role here.... Pay is R$3,000 a month while you train. I'll double your salary by x4 in quarterly intervals. (q1: 3,000) then (q2: 6,000) ... Till you are at a salary of 0 a month, one year after your first day of employment. you keep impressing me then i'll keep giving you money. Now, requirements. I don't care if you are a college student, masters student, the son/daughter of the president... The only thing i care about is you being a good person. You must also have 2yrs of experience doing anything that proves to me that you love to achieve things. That's it.
