Identify and act on the legal requirements of workplace safety and environment applicable to the companys activity Standardize hse security and administrative control procedures through documents as well as standardizing in the operational areas, control through task risk analysis Monitor workplace safety and environment indicators such as accidents, incidents, inspections, training, meetings, use of ppe, among others that are relevant to the area. Conduct inspections in the workplace, identifying dangerous conditions, surveying, investigating and analyzing accidents and reporting to the leaders (management and supervision), through daily reports, matters related to work safety Manage emergency equipment maintenance companies, demanding compliance with the schedule, equipment maintenance report and inspection Organize legal documentation relevant to the hse area Prepare and apply training on occupational safety, including awareness programs and disclosure of safety standards, aiming at developing a preventive attitude in employees regarding hse Issue work permits Assist the company in the elaboration of legal occupational hygiene programs (ppra), identifying risks and specifying the ppe model to be used by the worker. Provide support to the management of hse programs and processes and the use of internal tools, such as: framework, gensuite and others that are relevant to the area, acting as a consultant to the element owners Develop and carry out internal risk analyzes, and review the risk analyzes of third party activities Develop and execute hse projects of medium complexity Work in accordance with the companys policies, procedures regarding health, safety and environment, ensuring that they are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, reporting any non-Compliance, accident, incident or potential risk situations and interrupting any unsafe or unsafe situations.
