Job function and responsibilitiessupplier quality analyst is responsible for coordinating performance of the suppliers and work close them to control the internal kpi’s of the site. He/she will be responsible for opening non-Conformity reports (ncr), receive the action plan attached with the root cause analysis from each supplier, monitoring the medium time to close issues and the efficacy of the proposed solution, in accordance with the company quality requirements. He/she also will be responsible to receive and analyze documents within agco requirements, performing components evaluation according to parts approval process methodology (ppap level 3). Eventually travels are needed to support our sqe group (supplier quality engineers) or to collect information at the supplier and close together the monitor and report supplier quality and performance, managing the supplier parts per million (ppm), escalation levels;monitor and follow-Up supplier warranty issues and support on warranty recovery;support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards, performing process approval (ppap) by assessing supplier’s manufacturing/technology;facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues within on-Site supplier visits for root-Cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues, work with the supplier to create correction action plans to address process the use of agco techniques for continuous improvement such as lean, six-Sigma, poka-Yoke (error proofing) training of quality in cross-Functional teams for contribute to continuous improvement in ppap tool; experience in system and process audit (vda 6.3); knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production equipments; ability to write technical documents; strong interpersonal skills within a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders; ability to work independently and as part of a team; advanced english to fluent english.
