Application developer - Full stack - Junior Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field•    experience with servicenow itsm applications for request, service desk, incident, problem, change, knowledge, service, configuration and asset management.•    experience in developing and configuring workflows in servicenow. Ability to develop requirements based on client interviews.•    experience in full software development life cycle: Analysis, design, coding, testing, training and operational support•    experience of itil, minimum foundation level, ideally higheit beneficial.•    experience with web technologies (xml, html, javascript, web services, etc) and working in a saas environment.•    knowledge of technical components such as ldap, vpn, ssl, saml/sso and other such technologies english fluent  Practical experience with it service management and itil processes in an enterprise environment•    ability to continually learn and obtain certifications for new servicenow applications and functionality•    experience working in an agile environment in continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, agile metrics preferred tech and prof experience•    committed to customer satisfaction and ensures that actions contribute towards a positive client experience by delivering the required business outcomes.•    exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.  [todas as nossas vagas são elegíveis para pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitadas]
