IT Finance Specialist - SC Responsabilities: Improve Record to Report Process supporting IT solutions (ongoing support) regarding Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Credit Management, General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Asset Management (SAP and Non SAP applications), involving key business stakeholders on a regular basis. Costs requirement analysis, planning, budgeting and monitoring of cost closing routines (ledger material) is a differential; Identify opportunities for business process improvement, defining appropriate solutions; Coordinate third party partners; Project preparation, Blue Print, solution design, functional specification, configuration, testing, go-live and post go-live support; Support IT projects for Bunge Shared Service Center related to Finance and Controlling; Ensure a robust and sustainable testing/validation process; Support project management and manage small projects; Fullfilment Audit requirements and IT Governance and Methodologies; BSA Integration (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile) using the same SAP environment from Brazil. University Degree: Computer Science Degree, Information Systems Degree, Business Administration Degree, Computer Engineering Degree, Engineering Degree (any), Economics or Accounting Science Degree. Experiences / Requirements: English: intermediary to advanced (for presentation skills, meetings) / Spanish: basic as minimun (communication needed); Experience in SAP FI-CO Implementation and support, strong communication and influencing skills; ability to build relationships and work with a diverse customer base; ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and ambiguous situations; conflict management; presentation skills; SAP background is a must; Strong Experience with full life cycle of SAP ECC implementation phases from project preparation, realization, final preparation, go-live and post go-live support.(SOLMAN); Minimum 5 years focus on SAP FI modules NewGL, AP, AR, AA and proven knowledge of SAP CO (Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Product Cost, Internal Orders, CO-PA); Ability to work independently, organized and committed, delivering with high quality.
