We go beyond support, offering technical help via chat 24/7/365. Do you want to be a part of it? ? What you will do: Immerse yourself in the it world and develop your technical knowledge; Make life and business easier for customers on a daily basis by providing unforgettable service and customer experience Attend customers via online chat and email, in spanish; Solve technical issues related to websites, hosting and domains Focus on customer success by offering our services, tools and additional products (upselling); Deliver meaningful results on a global scale. 40h work week (8h daily), including weekends and holidays; What we expect: Ambition to develop your it knowledge; Excellent skills in spanish to communicate with customers; Advanced english skills to communicate with the international team; Excellent interpersonal skills; Availability to work 40 hours a week: 8 hours a day, on a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Schedules are agreed upon after training; Availability to participate in our onlin-e training (in english) during the first month, from monday to friday, from 8 to 5pm (gmt-3); Have a laptop or computer with at least 8gb ram, until your company laptop arrives We’ll love it if you have experience with website hosting or technical support!
