To be our person, you have to: Be a senior professional with experience in the software area; Be a fluent english speaker and have excellent writing skills; Have outstanding communication skills, being able to translate clients' pain/needs into a clear software solution with all its scenarios, alternatives and flows, documented into a "solutions document"; Understand the key aspects of product development; Has stunning soft-skills as organization, time management and accountability and live by our core values, such as empathy, transparency, efficiency, collaboration. You will be far ahead of the competition if you also: Are able to think out of the box and create innovative but simple user experience; Are able to produce visual wireframes to depict what you have visualized for the final product; Have experience with software development, to understand the limitations and opportunities from this realm; Experience with business needs and solutions for managed service providers. What you'll be doing on this role: Support the product owner by detailing the ideas to fuel the roadmap; Write detailed business requirement documents with mock ups, being the owner of the specs and decision over the fine details; Work together with the technical leader to do impact analysis for future features; Write knowledge base documentation for features; Expand the product by using current features in new use cases; Research - Interview clients/prospects, look at competition, analyze customer feedback; Execute the product acceptance user test, clearing the feature to go to production; Interact with project manager and configuration/release manager to build and agree with the release plan; Support the team leader, the developers team and the qa team on solving questions during development.
