As a support analyst, you will be responsible to interact with strategic customers, attending to their requests and demands. You will be working with analysis of client issues, identification of errors and proposal of improvement solutions. The role gives the opportunity to learn about products, mobile, web and linux systems. You will also have the responsibility to deal with big clients and large systems.
