Establish daily, weekly, monthly and annual control and monitoring tools to reach the volume (micro-Planning) necessary to supply the factorys wood at a competitive cost. Monitor and guarantee the quality of harvesting and forest maintenance activities, in order to save resources and maximize the companys operation, delivering the wood within the standards established by the factory. Seek continuous cost reduction together with the coordinator involving field operations, analyzing and seeking alternatives to minimize costs and maintain the required quality and deadlines. Plan forest harvesting and maintenance operations in order to optimize human and financial resources. Monitor the r$/m budget determined by the company, establishing actions together with the team to correct possible deviations. Ensure technical and operational information, through the issuance of monitoring reports aimed at continuous improvement and greater productivity of the company. Know and comply with the quality, safety, occupational health and environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the areas requirements and standards correspond to the system adopted by the company. Identification and implementation of operational improvements in line with the organizations strategic and tactical planning, with the objective of maximizing the performance of forest activities considering the technical, financial and socio-Environmental dimensions. Carry out project feasibility analysis using appropriate tools. Support the forest management and direction with analyzes that help in making strategic and operational decisions. Monitor activities involving infrastructure, maintenance and development of new projects. Manage consumption and stocks of harvest materials.
