This role will be instrumental in executing our product roadmap and driving the success of our innovative auction-Based advertising tool and a product manager, you willexecute the product roadmap by overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including vision, planning, and executionwrite product requirements that provide adequate technical details for developers and a clear overview for executives and non-Technical team memberscollaborate with cross-Functional teams to define technical and product requirements and create detailed specificationsparticipate in sprint planning and review meetings with development teams to ensure that technical and product requirements are metcollaborate with technical teams to identify and evaluate technical solutions, considering trade-Offs and feasibilitycontinuously monitor and assess product performance to identify opportunities for improvements and drive innovationmaintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specificationssupport solutions and operations teams to ensure that products meet operational equirementswork in a fast-Paced and innovative environment to drive product development and launch successful be a good fit for this role if you haveminimum 3 years of experience in related roles in a B2B saas environmentproven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, especially complex saas and api productsstrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-Level stakeholders and manage enterprise customersdata-Driven decision-Making abilities, familiarity with tools like mixpanel, looker, sql and unafraid to learn and adapt to new toolsbachelors degree highly desirable, preferably in computer science or a related fielda team player mindset - Topsorts culture fosters a collaborative environment, where ownership and collaboration are points if you have!Previous experience in a fast-Paced tech scale-Upknowledge of app development and api designfamiliarity with agile methodologies and tools (scrum, kanban, jira, etc.)benefitsstock optionsflexible pto + sick timemedical, dental and vision insurancewework membership reimbursement & learning benefitsnetworking events & industry-Related eventsmeditation apps and anniversary celebrationssurrounded by awesome and intelligent peers - Our team inspires each other!
