Headquartered in hong kong, chen hsong operates numerous manufacturing and research facilities in china, including shenzhen, shunde, ningbo and taiwan, as well as in japanwe are looking for a business developer director in são paulo / brazil that must have 5-10 years experience in the industry of injection moulding machine, can has expertise in injection moulding machine for automobile, and has customer resources in auto industry, must have experience of the same role (sales and bd) to be the mainly responsible for sales, also with management ability, fluent in english (written and spoken), nice to have chinese, that will report to overseas business director based in hq of hk / shenzhenresponsabilidades e atribuiçõesresponsibilities:be responsible for exploring and developing new agents, channels and key customers in the region to expand market sharebe responsible for collecting customer product information in overseas markets, analyzing customer needs and pain point, and promoting sales based on customer product planning and the companys products and technologiesdo a good job of industry market research and analysis, understand the sales strategy, price system and other market information of competitors, and formulate corresponding competitive strategiesformulate and implement individual and team sales goals and strategies, monitor the progress of performance completion, and complete the sales targets issued by the companyfollow-Up and risk management of key customer projects to ensure effective sales and long-Term cooperationreview and supervise the daily overseas business process, and strictly implement the companys sales price policy and other relevant regulationsbe responsible for the daily management, training and assessment of the team, coordinate the internal resources of the company, and be responsible for the external communication of the department to ensure the smooth completion of the sales workother work arranged by superior leadersrequisitos e qualificaçõesrequirements and qualifications:bachelor degree or above.
