Responsibilities and duties: supervise and coordinate all activities of the advisory team. Provide feedback and continuous guidance for teams professional growth. Present detailed reports to coo, identifying areas of improvement and developing action plans. Ensure team activities are aligned with companys strategic objectives. Collaborate with cs and cx team for customer retention and farming. Track accounts receivable and payable in collaboration with finance team. Monitor operational profitability. Directly manage media and creation coordinator as well as a range of service professionals. Performance evaluation: peer and employee satisfaction surveys. Quarterly okrs based on the quality of customer service and profitability achieved. Requirements and qualifications: experience in team management. Knowledge of marketing and sales. Excellent communication skills. Proven knowledge in project management. Desired behavioral skills: effective leadership, results-Oriented, ability to make strategic decisions, excellent communication and writing skills, flexibility and adaptability. Differentiation among all candidates: degree/specialization in administration, marketing or related fields, knowledge of growth strategies and scalability, english and/or spanish language proficiency.
