At gympass, you not only have the opportunity to build a career in a fast-Paced global environment - But youll make wellbeing universal, so everyone can be happy and opportunity:we are looking for a senior product manager for identity & accounts to join our product development team in brazil!The identity team is responsible for all authentication and authorization services and related product journeys for all types of users (members, clients, partners) that navigate across the gympass experience. The accounts team is responsible to lead all user account management features, coordinating with other product teams on how to deliver a consistent user experience across all the features that can be accessed from the account a highly experienced senior product manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to evolve our identity product vision, leading the team to improve the current product towards a more seamless and user-Friendly experience. As part of that mission, youll also need to address specific requirements for increased levels of security requirements depending on each type of user, meaning you will need to be able to standardized certain new features that can be applied whenever needed, avoiding addressing business requirements through customization. You will also work hand in hand with other product teams to accommodate your new releases as part of their own product journeys, in a way that your customers will be all gympass external audience like users, corporate clients and wellbeing partners as well as internal product development for the accounts area, you will be responsible to evolve some of the user account management features, as well as release new ones from scratch. The account section covers different types of users, meaning the experience may vary depending on each use case, so you will be called to navigate well between the need to customize and standardize user experience. Negotiation and stakeholder alignment will be key skills to lead this impact:- Lead all authentication, authorization and accounts management features to improve the overall user experience of all product journeys that are integrated to your services- Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders- Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps- Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to delivery well rounded, scalable and stunning products- Create okrs, goals, metrics and track their progress- Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and processes- Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and you are:- Consolidated product management experience with great tech products- Experience with identity/ iam products, both from the platform and ux perspectives- Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, as well as the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product- Strong priority management skills, being able to make pragmatic decisions- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product- Entrepreneurial and self-Driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen- Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions- Experience in agile development environments.- Experience with leading account management features and a background in software engineering/ development will be considered as a we offer you:were a wellness company that is committed to the health and well-Being of our employees.
