This individual will assist funeral directors on services drive company vehicles for service-Related tasks, including transportation of family in a limousine, transporting flowers, work receptions and transferring deceased from place of death. Ideal candidate: must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid arizona drivers license have an insurable driving record and be insurable under the diocesan insurance provider must be able to adhere to our professional dress code policy and work flexible hours possess excellent communication skills and have no lifting restrictions. Previous experience in a funeral home setting highly desirable. Ability to be on call to work evening hours and saturdays is a must. Minimum qualifications: high school education or equivalent two years customer service experience experience in a funeral home setting is highly desirable ability to be on call to work evening hours and saturdays is a must bilingual (english/spanish) a plus a practicing catholic in good standing is preferred must be familiar with and be able to subscribe to catholic principles and cross catholic cemetery and funeral home has an immediate opening for a bilingual administrative coordinator/receptionist. The ideal candidate must be highly dependable, fully bilingual in english and spanish, able to work in high-Paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and adhere to our professional dress code policy. Must be able to work a ministry of the roman catholic diocese of phoenix, this position is primarily responsible for providing a full range of business office administrative and clerical duties in support of the cemetery and funeral home operations, including receiving and processing incoming telephone calls, greeting and assisting client family members and visitors in the office.
